We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts for violations, suspected abuse, or carrier compliance issues.
All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance. Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or compliance concerns.

Insta Prospect is not liable for client misuse of the platform and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts to protect carrier relationships and system integrity.
All Service content, systems, software, and branding are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any Feedback you provide without restriction.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies. Access is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, compliance risks, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of TX, US. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.
